To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all tags attached
Returned within 30 days of delivery date

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Store Credit

All approved returns will be issued as store credit to your account. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be added to your account. You'll receive an email confirmation when your credit is available.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. As well as gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
